CA Bipul Matta is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He is a practicing Chartered accountant based in Delhi and has practical experience spreading across varied verticals of Audit, Taxation, Consulting and Advisory services. He has been involved in conducting Special Audits regulated by the State Indirect Tax Authorities and has primarily worked on Audit and Consultancy assignments of indirect taxes.

CA Ajay Kumar Jain is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 1989. He has vast experience in consultancy of Direct, Indirect Taxes and corporate affairs in different areas & handling assessment proceedings under the Income Tax Act, Sales Tax Act/D-Vat Act and appellate matters related thereto. He is specialised in the consultancy and Audit of NGOs/Trust and Co-Operative Societies. He is a certified Yoga teacher and Su-Jok (Acupressure) Therapist.

CA Ajay Kumar Matta is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 1984. He has a vast experience in handling assessment proceedings under the Income Tax Act. He also handles appellate matters before the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals) and the Income Tax Appellate Tribnal (ITAT). His regular interaction with Industry & other professionals has enabled him to keep pace with the contemporary developments which help him to meet the needs of his clients.
